This is the family
history index page of Kathy Lynn Gorton Emerson. It contains an assortment of
things, some of which have gone into the novels I’ve written as Kathy
Lynn Emerson.
First, here’s
a bit of Sullivan County, New York family history on my mother’s side:
Some of this material,
together with the biography I wrote of my grandfather, made major contributions
to my children’s book, Julia’s
Mending, set in Liberty Falls, New York in 1887, and to the third Diana
Spaulding mystery, No Mortal Reason,
